Empower’s Cross Company Mentorship Program enables talented women mentees to team up with an executive mentor from another Empower corporate partner. Through our program participants will develop new skills and capabilities, while building a stronger network of women leaders.

Mentors provide guidance, advice, feedback, and support to the mentee, serving variously as a role model, teacher, counselor, advisor, sponsor, advocate, and ally, depending on the specific goals and objectives negotiated with the mentee.
There will be a commitment not only to connecting on a regular basis but also to being intent on preparation, follow up and availability.
For a mentorship program to thrive, mentees need to be willing and open to learning. They also need to be prepared to try new things or adjust their current way of doing things. The mentor is expected to offer their expertise or advice.
