How to be in the Driver's Seat at the Crossroads of Change
Are you feeling under pressure and that there isn’t much you control? You are in good company…and the one thing we can control is learning and applying what we know.
Sometimes ideas need time to grow. They start, stop, and start again until one day, everything clicks. You get that moment of clarity where you just know which direction to go — and suddenly, that crossroads turns into a clear path forward.
Have you ever had that happen? That moment when you think, “Why am I making this so hard?”
That’s exactly where I found myself. So, I did what I do when coaching others — I listened, connected the dots, and made an action plan.
Sometimes the signs we are waiting for happen at the crossroads. Knowing your path becomes clear when you are curious and open to the message.
Back in 2019, after my own experience with symptom dismissal, I planned to launch a women’s health company. My career was on a fast track, and by the time I was ready, the pandemic hit. Like so many women, I had to pause and pivot to focus on supporting women. That’s when the idea for HerCsuite® was launched and from that point forward. Since the launch I have continued on two paths: one in women’s health and one in leadership.
Transformational Discovery
Over the past year, curiosity became my compass. The more I learned about AI, the more I saw its potential to solve real problems. I started weaving it into every HerCsuite® mastermind and course. But something still felt divided, two separate worlds, both important, both evolving.
The Power of Knowing
Have you ever felt that deep knowing, when everything aligns? That’s the power of curiosity and learning. Once I saw it, I couldn’t unsee it. Women need AI woven into our lives not as a tool we use once in a while, but as a way to stay ahead of the speed of change.
I’ve been learning as much and as fast as I can. Courses, podcasts, conferences, in-person and virtual. And through it all, I’ve realized something: it’s not just about knowing prompts or using search. It’s about understanding the why behind what we’re creating.
The Why that Moves Us Forward
As Simon Sinek says, “Start with Why.” Once I did that, everything came together.
For women's health, the why has always been to improve health outcomes for women in Her HealthX. The how became clear instead of focusing on the result of symptom dismissal, finding a way to solve the care communication gaps using Agentic AI to help women have better health outcomes is the new focus.
For women leaders, our why is just as powerful. We can’t control the economy or every shift in the world but we can control how we prepare, learn, and position ourselves. In 2030, the greatest wealth transfer in history is coming. Women must be ready to lead it not by chance, but by choice.
🌟 Crossroads to Purpose:
If you’re standing at your own crossroads, maybe because things feel uncertain or because you’re ready for something more, this is your time. Here are three ways to get clarity right now using AI as your ally.
3 Lessons
1️⃣ Accelerate Personal Understanding with Human Design
When I first discovered Human Design, it changed how I understood myself and in turn influences how I think, act, and connect with others. We recently brought in Human Design expert Michelle Pecak, Founder of My VIBE, for our Next Chapter by Design course. Each participant received their chart, and you could feel the lightbulbs going off.
Michelle even uses AI to help bring deeper insight to your chart. If you’ve never explored your Human Design be sure to check it out on her website..
2️⃣ Create Your Own Board of AI Advisors
This one is fun and so helpful. Choose a few well-known group of leaders or entrepreneurs you admire maybe Sara Blakely, one of the Sharks from Shark Tank, or even a spiritual leader you look up to. Ask ChatGPT to create your “AI Advisory Board” with their personas and guide you through your next decision.
Then, interact by asking one question at a time. Tell it to ask you one question back. The back-and-forth is where the clarity happens.
3️⃣ Be a Curious Learner
LinkedIn’s Karin Kimbrough recently said, “Adaptability is the new currency.” That’s so true. The world of AI is changing every day and staying curious keeps us nimble.
Start small. Read one article. Listen to one AI podcast. Try one new tool this week. Learners are the ones landing board roles, leading innovation, and creating opportunities because curiosity keeps us moving forward.
All the Feels
If you’re feeling overwhelmed I get it. But what I’m sharing today isn’t another thing to add to your plate. It’s a way to make what you already do feel lighter. Once I realized I could embrace AI and stay true to who I am, everything started to flow.
Even on tough days, I feel hope because I see a future where women are leading change, living healthier lives, and creating ripple effects for families, workplaces, and communities. I see women directing the wealth transfer ahead, not waiting for it to happen.
How inspired do you feel when you imagine something bigger than you thought possible? If your head is nodding right now, I’d love to hear from you. Message me on LinkedIn or email me through the show notes.
Together, we can do big things if we keep learning, stay curious, and lead with purpose.
