Who is HerCsuite® for?

HerCsuite® is built for women who already have successful leadership, business, and professional experience and are now focused on building what’s next. We serve women with a range of professional backgrounds, including corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, consultants, advisors, and women building portfolio careers. The common factor is having over 20 years of career experience and a desire to build what is next.

The monthly programs with peer advice help women navigate decisions on how to combine consulting, advisory roles, entrepreneurship, board service, and other forms of leadership work. This helps members design careers that reflect their experience and goals.

HerCsuite® offers board-focused programs and experiences that help women think more strategically about board service. This includes support around positioning, readiness, relationships, and understanding where they may fit best. The goal is to help women become more intentional and prepared in their board path.

How do I know if a portfolio career is right for me?

Do you want your next chapter to reflect the full breadth of your experience, rather than one lane? If you no longer want to be defined by a single title, or want more flexibility, impact, and income diversity, then a portfolio career may be right for you.

Can I build a portfolio career before leaving corporate?

Yes! In many cases, that is the smartest way to begin. Before women leave their corporate roles, they begin clarifying their thought leadership, testing advisory work, refining their network, or taking on one carefully chosen opportunity outside their core role to start building their portfolio.

How do I know if I am ready to start a consulting or advisory business?
