Be open to what lights you up and see this as an opportunity to look through the windows. Michelle realized it was time to change how work was being approached. The question shifted from “What am I good at?” to “What actually lights me up?”
2. Don't Dismiss Your Super Powers.
We often don't realize that our gifts are right in front of us all along. That thing you do all the time, is something to lean in to and use more purposefully. Michelle has the unique ability to bring people together effortlessly. She is a connector and amplifier and women are naturally drawn to her.
3. Letting Go Is Part of Alignment
We have all felt pulled towards something and realized over time that it is no longer "our vibe". Michelle shares key insights into how to let go and move toward the things that truly light us up.
