Applications
Please choose your path below, by applying to be a Mentor or a Mentee.
Applications must be submitted by March 11th.
Mentors
Mentors provide guidance, advice, feedback, and support to the mentees, serving as role models, advisors, advocates and set goals and objectives inside the circle.
You are agreeing to lead a monthly discussion with mentees inside Terumo BCT’s Mentoring platform.
Mentees
For a mentorship program to thrive, mentees need to be willing and open to learning. They also need to be prepared to try new things or adjust their current way of doing things. Mentees meet in a group (circle). Each circle will meet monthly and the mentees will be collaborating peer-to-peer with a mentor leader.
