Do I have to attend everything live?
No, meetings are designed to meet your schedule. You can access replays and on-demand resources inside the HerCsuite® network and app.
Can I switch membership tracks later?
Yes. You can move to a different track as your goals and priorities evolve.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
New annual members have a 7-day refund window. After that, monthly membership gives you flexibility to cancel membership. Reminders are sent prior to every renewal charge.

What is a Mastermind?
A mastermind is an elevated senior executive cohort facilitated by a subject matter expert who guides the conversation while delivering advice, strategies, and real-world applications to solve challenges. Depending on the topic, participants may give peer-to-peer advice and collaborate together.
When do masterminds happen?
All masterminds meet on Fridays to accommodate all timezones.
What is the Women on Boards Mastermind?
The Women on Boards Mastermind is a bi-monthly board readiness program for women who want to land corporate board roles. Leaders Natalie Benamou and Naomi Kent help participants develop their board bio, resume, and pitch. Members network for board opportunities while discovering their personal board fit and alignment.
