Cross Organization Mentoring Program
Coupa Empower’s mission is to break down barriers to women’s success by creating a community of individuals and organizations working together to unleash the impact of women in business.
SITUATION: Coupa Empower wanted to offer 1:1 mentoring to Empower ERG partners
and employees.
CHALLENGE: Empower is an all-volunteer employee ERG and there was no single location for information, document sharing and events to take place.
SOLUTION: HerCsuite™ created a simplified private portal, where 50 mentors and 50 mentees are matched 1:1 inside Coupa’s private portal. Mentor and Mentee Kickoffs along with 5 curated speaker events were created for Empower’s program.
