Take a listen to HerCsuite™ Founder and Host Natalie Benamou, MBA (She/Her) and Simone Sloan, Rph, MBA (She/Her) as they explore The Power of Culture on DEI.

Three Ways Organizations Can Integrate DEI Into Their Culture:

  1. Know your values and really understand what they are and what they mean to you.
  2. Listen to the employees because they're on the ground, they're hearing and feeling the culture both virtually and physically in the office.
  3. Being flexible in the workplace is giving talent who have invisible disabilities new opportunities.

Leverage ERGs Across The Organization

  • Create a sense of community in a global format
  • Spotlight people, functionalities, and the work they are doing
  • Connect employees to the purpose, to the organization and why they're doing what they're doing
  • Find ways to be authentic and connect people together.

“This is where the conscious intentionality around inclusion has to take place, in terms of the mindset, but also doing the work necessary to move the needle, which means a line. As well as understanding the resources necessary and a dedication around it. Organizations need sponsors and senior leaders to have an accountability to these programs so that way they too feel connected, are invested. It means tying that to their annual bonus, or even from their compensation as part of that.”
