Welcome to the 200th episode of Women Leaders on the Move with host, Natalie Benamou. We are celebrating a milestone that is about so much more than numbers. This episode is about honoring you, our listeners, and the incredible journey we’ve shared. It’s about stepping into your light, being unapologetically you, and redefining what it means to be relevant as women in leadership.

Redefining Relevancy for Women

Two hundred episodes ago, this podcast began as a way to inspire women to lead authentically and unapologetically. Today, that mission feels more urgent and more relevant than ever. Women over 50 are showing the world that relevance isn’t tied to age—it’s tied to impact, vision, and authenticity.

This episode is dedicated to celebrating the lessons we’ve learned together and the powerful stories of women who are paving the way for others. Let’s reflect on these moments and what they teach us about stepping fully into our own authenticity.

Personal Experience: Stepping Into Authenticity

Recently, Natalie had the privilege of being featured in a segment on WGN-TV Style Files: How to Wear 2025 Fashion Trends Over 50 with the fabulous Dianne Harper Boyer. It was a full-circle moment that highlighted the power of embracing authenticity. Her signature color, pink, was a reflection of my personal journey to own who I am and celebrate it unapologetically.

These experiences—both big and small—reinforce what we’ve learned through 200 episodes: authenticity is the foundation of meaningful leadership and personal fulfillment.
